Regulamin: For stays longer than 7 days you are entitled to a cleaning service once a week. The property is monitored on the inside only in common spaces, that being in the corridor and in the laundry room. Between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am curfew and prohibition of noisy parties. There is a total ban on smoking and e-cigarettes inside the building. There are two dedicated areas outside the building for smokers.

Smart-Studio is a cleverly decorated and a compact 20-square-metre room with a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette and a sleeping area. The bathroom has a hairdryer, a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste and a shower gel. There are two single fold-out beds in the living room. Fresh bed linen is awaiting before the arrival for each of our guests. In the smart-Studio there are two single fold-out beds that can be placed side by side or separately.
The laundry room on the first floor has a washing machine, a clothes dryer and an iron with a board.
