Regulamin: For stays longer than 7 days you are entitled to a cleaning service once a week. The property is monitored on the inside only in common spaces, that being in the corridor and in the laundry room. Between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am curfew and prohibition of noisy parties. There is a total ban on smoking and e-cigarettes inside the building. There are two dedicated areas outside the building for smokers.

Loft-Studio is a stylish and a fully furnished 20-square-metre room with a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette and a sleeping area. The bathroom has a hairdryer, a disposable toothbrush with paste and a shower gel. Loft-Studio has one double bed for 2 guests. The studio is located in Bedthoven's attic, so the space is atmospherically lit with a natural light. Fresh bed linen awaits for each of our guests before the arrival.
The laundry room on the first floor is equipped with a washing machine, a clothes dryer and an iron with a board.
